BizFund Capital Advisors has been set up by Subhayu Ghose and Hari Sharma, both having vast experience in Banking and Finance of 25 years each. The team has extensive expertise in Financial Advisory, Investment Banking and Corporate Financial Consulting.

During the past ten years, the firm has completed debt transactions for INR 80+ Billion and rendered financial consultancy services to various clients.

The combined value of transactions done by the respective teams headed by Subhayu Ghose and Hari Sharma in previous organizations exceeded INR 250 billion in debt raising (including project financing, securitization, working capital facilities) and around INR 2 billion of Equity raising. In addition, debt restructuring advisory transactions amounted to more than INR 60 Billion.
