sectors.
At BizFund Capital Advisors, Mr. Ghose leads the firm’s structured finance and debt syndication practice. His extensive experience in financial structuring, credit appraisal, and transaction execution has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and success.

Mr. Hari Prasad Sharma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from ICFAI University, Hyderabad, and brings over 22 years of experience in corporate and project finance. Before establishing BizFund Capital Advisors, he worked with SBI Capital Markets Limited, ICICI Bank, and SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, where he gained extensive experience in
infrastructure financing, project structuring, and client relationship management. At BizFund Capital Advisors, Mr. Sharma oversees client advisory and relationship management, with a focus on Infrastructure, healthcare, and real estate transactions. His practical insights and execution-driven approach have been key to successfully closing large and complex deals.
